We are relational creatures with a wide range of expression. Moments where we find ourselves relating openly and receptively to closed and contracted. And, just as music strikes different chords in us so do our relationships to self, other, group, Spirit.

We'll use the soundscapes during class as our main partner noticing what quality of expansiveness and contractedness arises with different songs and honoring those sensations in the physical body by expressing it through movement.
