Our world-famous weekend sessions in San Rafael and Sausalito have been cooking for almost 20 years.  For hundreds of people it's become their movement church, their morning prayer, their guaranteed weekly dose of profound fun and deep connection.

Newcomers are always welcome. These Open Floor Community Dances have minimal instruction, but there are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong. All you need is a body, breath, and the willingness to move and be moved. 

To ensure a spot on the dance floor, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early.

There are two sessions:
Session one starts at 8:30am, there is no entry after 9.
Session two starts at 11am, there is no entry after 11:30.
