Inspired from the world-famous weekend sessions in San Rafael and Sausalito - for hundreds of people it's become their movement church, their morning prayer, their guaranteed weekly dose of profound fun and deep connection.

These Open Floor Community Dances have minimal instruction, but there are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong. All you need is a body, breath, and the willingness to move and be moved.
